The AX-MAX1 Dental Lab Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine does not have vibration and high noise level owing to the pressure casting method and air cooling method. The pressure casting method makes no vibration and improve the success rate of casting; the water cooling method produces little noise, and at the same time improve the cooling result. This machine can be applied to all kinds of dental alloys (except Titanium), the casting process is carried out in an air-free state and is protected by Argon gas. Therefore, it is excellent for casting precious dental alloys. AX-MAX1 Vacuum Pressure Casting Machine can prevent the oxidization of dental alloys during the casting process which will reduce the after treatment works of alloys, this is especially useful for precious alloy casting.
